Our balanced dinner menu consists of delicious appetizers and Eastern European classics. Our executive chef has a profound knowledge of the french cooking style, as well, and the artistry of sauce making. This is showcased in the daily specials. All of our dinners come with a cup of soup de jour or Caesar salad, and we also feature delicious homemade desserts. If you're going to at least try only a few things here, we recommend that French Onion Soup or the Escargot. Both have such a divine taste that you won't experience elsewhere. About the Owner

Dennis Cionetti, the owner of Cafe Prague, went into a partnership with the executive chef, Ales Zabilansky. Dennis previously owned the Deja-Vu restaurant in Cherry Creek, and purchased Cafe Prague in September of 2016. Ales graduated culinary school in Czechoslovakia, bringing with him a wealth of culinary knowledge.
